Good Morning JISD Parent/Guardian,
Our district is participating in the Special Education Differentiated Monitoring and Support Process for the 2024-25 school year. Each of you contributes to the Joaquin ISD Special Education Program by trusting our district to serve your student/s, attending the ARD meetings, collaborating on goals for your child, and working so closely with the teachers and related service personnel to ensure progress is made on those goals. Because you are a stakeholder in this district, the Texas Education Agency (TEA) would like each of you to complete a survey where you can share your knowledge of the special services provided at Joaquin ISD. Attached you will see the survey at the bottom. Please choose the appropriate survey for you. When the survey link is chosen from the cover letter, it will ask you for the Region Number (7), the name of the district (Joaquin ISD), and the role you currently serve within the district. Your responses will only be seen by TEA. Once you have completed the survey, please respond by sending an email stating "Done" to kcarrington@joaquinisd.net. This will allow documentation to show our parents have been informed of the survey and complied with TEA's request.
